What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final, If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service via email to email@example.com for more information on returning an item. We do not cover manufacturer warranties and returns will be accepted upon our discretion. Customer is responsible for sending back complete kits with everything received in original packaging and must be accompanied with original receipt. Orders must be approved for RMA and must have tracking on return shipment. We will issue a refund for your order upon receipt. Items cannot be exchanged, only refunded. Because Regulations, we cannot accept returns on Batteries, E-Liquid or Coils. On accepted returns, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
